Walgreens Pharmacy

Consistently somw of the absolute longest wait times for anything. The staff is as helpful as they can be. However, they seem to be extremely understaffed and poorly managed. The stress weighing on the employees is clear with how they approach any issues.

I have been a long-time customer, but unfortunately I will not be spending another dollar here. The pharmacy is clearly understaffed, and as a result, wait times to pick up prescriptions have become excessive. Prescription fill times are frequently delayed and unreliable. This is disappointing, as the in-store staff have consistently been polite and helpful, and they are not the issue. The root problem appears to me to be corporate decisions that have left the pharmacy inadequately staffed. Until this is addressed, I will not recommend or continue to utilize Walgreens.

Disconnect between pharmacy and system stating meds are ready for pick up, refills sent to incorrect Dr.s, "always" out of stock, meds off truck will be held for you, staff lack accountability, staff always hand the phone off to someone else when there is an issue, staff lie about whether a person was working even when you can describe the person and time you were in, staff lie and say no one works here that looks like that. Overall pharmacy has gone 100% downhill over the years. Any communication to try and resolve issues are met with "fill your meds somewhere else starting tomorrow," even while in the middle of processing meds. Be prepared to be at the mercy of the female supervisor, she has no desire to resolve any issues and would rather not deal with you. I have had 2 different nurses

Kept cancelling my prescription order for months until the prescription expired without me being able to fill it once. CVS filled it within 12 hours

Worst phamacy in town. Stand in line for 30min. Go sit down for 30min while they resolve an issue then get back in line and wait another 45min. Grossly understaffed. Plan on a half day just to get a simple medication.
