Walgreens Pharmacy

Walgreens in Cottage Grove has been a true blessing. I had a lot of bad luck with CVS out of Eugene. It is great to have my local pharmacy close by to where I live and with great service. I requested to gave all my medications transferred over to Walgreens and their staff and Pharmacists followed up and made the process very easy

I got to walgreens at 2 mins before closing today I first went to the drive-thru window and read some reason the windows were not open so I parked and went inside I am 8 months pregnant and needed to pick up my prescription I walked up and the window which was still open 2 ladies standing there one at each window one is still helping an elder man and other is just standing there they tell me this is our last customer we are closed. They have horrible hours, closed on weekends to employees that don't care about your well-being. Yes I don't recommend going to your Pharmacy 2 minutes before closing but if the windows are still open and they're still standing there and there's nobody else there and there's no reason why they couldn't just give me my prescriptions when they were ready knowin

I've used this pharmacy for many years without problems. In the past few months they have become unreliable as to what their normal hours are and they are often, temporarily closed down completely. No explanation and no length of time given. Something is seriously wrong with this company. I do not recommend them for your pharmacy needs. I worry about the internal problems they are having compromising the safety of my prescriptions. I will be changing my pharmacy.

They had my prescription for a week & didn't fill it. I called them a week after they'd received it to inquire on what was going on since I had not been contacted. They said they'll fill it now & it would be done in 30 mins. I got off work and rushed over because they close at 6pm. Went to drive thru & there was a sign the drive thru was closed due to staffing issues. I hurry to go into the pharmacy & as soon as they saw me coming they closed the windows. It was 5:59. I tried to holler at them that the drive thru was closed or else we would have been here a minute sooner. They completely ignored me and said nothing. I'm livid now. I would give them a -100 star rating if I could. Save yourself the trouble & do not use Walgreens pharmacy in Cottage Grove. They are absolutely the worst.

I do not recommend this pharmacy. They close at random and take over a week to refill a prescription. If you call to talk to someone about your delayed prescription, do not choose the pharmacy option from the automated system. Though that seems like the correct choice, apparently it takes you to an endless queue that will never actually connect you to the pharmacy. You will sit on hold for hours, wasting your time.
