This group is kind and efficient. I called with a broken tooth, got in with in 24 hrs. I was looked at and back in the very next morning to have it fixed. They checked on me thru the whole process. Always making sure I was comfortable and pain free. Amazing Group of people. Thank you so much.

I love this office! Everyone is so kind and supportive of my anxiety about being there. They explain everything they’re going to do; make sure I’m comfortable; and check on me multiple times during procedures. Marin is great at knowing what insurance will likely cover so that I know what is expected financially beforehand, unlike other offices I’ve been to.

I wasn’t told what was going to be done to the bottom five teeth. Two small cavities in front to be done next week then doc walked out. All the nurses were great and receptionist. Just would have liked more info on what needed to be done

Dr. Brent Bitner and his entire team are exceptional! The professionalism, compassion, attention to detail were truly astonishing. I had gone to my dentist for 30 years, and when he retired and I started trying other dentists, I found out really quickly that not all dentists are made alike! I had some bad experiences. Not so with Dr. Bitner! I am so grateful that I found cottage Grove dental and the team there! Thank you all so very much for getting me in in an emergency situation, and getting some very detailed work on my teeth all done in one day. I shall not forget it

I called a variety of places throughout Douglas and Lane county. Cottage Grove Dental was the only one that could get me booked in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And the lovely woman up front helped me figure out my insurance for dental and was very calming. She really went above and beyond. I get anxiety when going to the dentist, but not here. Definitely the dentist I recommend!
