BestMed Urgent & Primary Care - Cottage Grove

Doctor and nurse were great. Front office and check in feels like you’re on your own. I took my grandma in and they expected her to do all the self check in stuff, when she didn’t even have a phone with her (which you need to upload insurance cards, etc). We were not made aware of any other options (like the office staff helping).

I'm so grateful to have finally found a doctor so close to home. The best part is she's one that I actually connect with. Dr. Wolf is extremely knowledgeable, and she actually listens to me, and wants the best for me. Sounds ridiculous, but I look forward to my appointments. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and fun to be around especially Yessica. I can't remember the office manager's name for primary care, but she is always pleasant, upbeat, and sassy like me! 😉 Keep doing what you're doing. I'm so grateful to have found the staff at Best Med!

Lily at the front desk was amazing so sweet, Maddie my MA was very caring and so sweet. And amanda the provider was the best. Explained everything to me and what I should do to start feeling better. Best team by far. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt seen and heard.

Awesome staff,5 min wait time at most, Dr Wolf is sunny,witty,no nonsense& down to earth folk. Great tips on all kinds of things from gardening ideas to chair yoga to help my excersise level. Chair yoga is a thing? Nice!

Such caring and amazing staff. I was in and out, meds filled at pharmacy location in an hour and a half. They are always so professional yet ready to laugh with you. It is the only urgent care that I CARE to go to❤️❤️
