Safeway Pharmacy

Two of us had a 2:00 appointment for vaccinations today. When we got there 5 minutes early the pharmacy was closed. Someone finally showed up at 5 past two and unlocked the waiting room door. Another 5-7 minutes later, they turned on the lights and raised the shades. Then they asked, "do you have a question?" By this time, it is more than 10 past 2. I replied we had a two o'clock appointment for vaccinations. The person replied "There is no one here, it will be at least 30 minutes. I told them to just cancel and we won't be back. It was almost 2:15 by this time. I wasn't going to wait another 30 minutes for them to get back from lunch. It would have been one thing if we just did a walk in, but we had a 2:00 appointment that had been confirmed.

I have been using the Cottage Grove Safeway Pharmacy for more than 15 years and they have always been wonderful to deal with. I have had two serious ailments requiring specialized medication during that time, and staff has always been very friendly and helpful. There have been occasional mistakes or slip-ups -- usually because of my Doctor or me -- but they have been quickly, safely, and professionally resolved every time. Highly recommended.

Really appreciate the pharmacy techs, Michelle is awesome and personal. The pharmacists are outstanding and go well and beyond when it comes to pushing the envelope to get things dine. I left Walgreens because they lost this when calling in to speak with a Tech or pharmacists. Glad I choose this Safeway! 3 generations use them♡

Called 7 times, rang 10 times each or so before it told me to call back.

Would never go anywhere else for my medication. Just love all the staff there at Cottage Grove, Or Pharmacy. Always helpful and remembers your name (cuz I am cute of course)
