Timberline Dental

I called in to get an appointment as a new patient. Got in incredibly quickly, and subsequent appointments have been quickly scheduled as well. None of this "our first appointment is in 4 months" junk I got from the last dentist I visited. Everyone is super friendly, Dr. Parsons is a wonderful dentist who's helpful and explains whatever you'd want to know if you ask. If you need a dentist, visit Timberline Dental!

I have always avoided going to the dentist whenever possible, I just never liked it much. But then I went to Dr. Parson's office and for the first time I didn't feel anxious. The staff was welcoming, the environment comfortable & Dr. Parsons made me feel relaxed & even made me laugh. I would highly recommend him for your dental needs. I know I will be returning!

If I could leave a negative star I would !! Terrible service ! Not professional at all , and the comments that the staff make towards their clients is not only unprofessional but extremely rude offensive and hurtful. Management needs to come in do some training on proper costumer service and the company in a whole needs to put their clients needs first. This was not just a one time occurrence, but I hope it is the last. I really hope that some one finds this review and can make changes so that no one else has to go through what my family has had to . I’m so disgusted with the behavior and lack of professionalism in this medical office and I am debating on reporting to a higher level to ensure things are addressed to help anyone else who is forced to receive dental care in this office

The dentist and his staff are amazing people they were great with my kids my only down side is it’s a little more on the higher side for prices and there’s no cash discount
