The most accommodating staff we’ve dealt with in all 50 years. These TEAM members are dedicated to the patient AND each other. They work , closely , fluidly and clearly, often under great pressure… never an agitated word. If your rx is complex or delayed , Walgreens’ pharmacy will find a way OR have an alternative suggestion. Thank you for your dedication, wonderful staff!
Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru that’s crazy when there was only 3 cars ahead of me. If someone is taking longer than 5 minutes you should have them go back around or come inside.
Literally couldn't refill the prescription with the correct generic after I specifically ask for it several times. Unreal. Unprofessional. Straight up disrespectful.
The new Walgreens (formerly rite aide) located on the corner of w. Genesee st and Avery Ave is the worst pharmacy ever! They don't get scripts right, they are ready when they text you and say they are they don't bill the right insurance company, etc... I am so disgusted that I am switching pharmacies.
