I had a plastic dome stuck in my ear canal and called for some help to remove it. For an appointment for early next morning and has it removed quickly. The office also cleaned and serviced my aids and updated my aids. Excellent service as usual with this office. Great staff. Thanks again.
Taylor was patient and explained the annual hearing exam process. She took the time to understand my issues and made adjustments to my devices that improved my hearing.
