Kristin in particular, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain the entire process and answered all my questions thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about my upcoming Invisalign treatment. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor really stood out, and I appreciated her attention to detail. I left the office feeling excited and confident about starting my journey to a beautiful smile. I can't wait to begin my Invisalign treatment and highly recommend this practice to anyone considering orthodontic work.

I had a 10/10 experience at Paciorek. Everything is quick and efficient, the ladies working here are amazing. Michelle helped me today and she is amazing at what she does. I would definitely recommend this orthodontist facility to anyone looking for something in the Syracuse area!

Dr. Paciorek’s office is wonderful! The team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They really take the time to get to know their patients (they even got me a baby gift when I had my daughter!). I’m so happy with how my smile is coming along, and will definitely bring both my kids here if/when they need braces.

Staff are extremely friendly from the moment you walk through the door. The waiting area is extremely comfortable and they provide refreshments and snacks for all. My son got his braces on today and we were very pleased with information that was provided regarding Care and any things to troubleshoot as May come up.
