Walgreens Pharmacy

My prescriptions were called to the wrong pharmacy. I tried to get them transferred to the correct location, but a very inexperienced agent was on the line (later found out it was the callcenter). I explained that I wanted to pick up my meds at her Walgreens (where I was right nearby) I tried over and over but could not get the agent to understand what I needed and I asked to speak with the pharmacist since she did not understand. Instead of getting the pharmacist, she transferred me back in que- no telling what location! Frustrated, I walked in and Josie, a pharmacist rep- greeted me with a great big smile, reassured me she was going to help me now and also showed empathy towards me. I mean.... pretty good deals on everyday items, but their sales ! DID YOU KNOW they do photos and mail/ delivery service and you can shop to pick up later as in online? They are a hidden gem! Everyone was kind and helpful. Clean and organized as well.

I have really loved my experience with the CVS on wilshire but they typically have trouble filling my medication. I called this location in hopes to maybe see if they typically have my medication in stock more often than not and I try to be VERY kind to pharmacy workers bc I know they’re overworked but wow did the worker make it obvious I was a nuisance to her. I asked her to clarify if I heard correctly about whether they had the medication or if she was looking for it and she yelled at me with a nasty tone that she was looking for it. Once she did find that they had it in stock she followed that with, it’s first come first serve so… also in a nasty demeanor . Hard pass, thanks.

This is the worst and least caring pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacist, himself, lied to me. I had an RX called in so my eye pressure would go down. This was to keep from having damage in my eye. They ordered it to come in 2 days later. It’s not their eyes. Why should they care. This is it. No more with this place. BTW, the pharmacist is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with.

The staff in store are great! It ends there because the call notification computer generated voice is unintelligible so text only! The call center is useless because they don't have accurate information and the hold times to speak to the store are long.
