SoundWorks Hearing Centers

I'm glad I was able to find sound Works. My first visit with Ms. York, she made me feel very comfortable and fixed me up with a great hearing aid. It is so nice to be able to hear everything that you've missed out on.

They were very friendly from check in to all done! Very helpful and knowledgeable about my hearing devices. They noticed a problem in the first look into my ear and directed me how and where for the Solution.The appointment was over before it could start. Had I not gone to them I would’ve maybe never known that there were three earpieces from my old hearing aids stuck inside my ears for that I am truly thankful to SoundWorks Hearing Centers! I will definitely be using them as my hearing specialist from now on. Great work and TY!!!😊👍

Everyone was extremely professional. It was a pleasant experience. Especially due to the fact I don’t like anyone touching my ears. Definitely would Recommend

I purchased my hearing aid a year ago from Dr Phillips, he was so wonderful willing to work late or weekends, I took my hearing aid in last week due to the wire coming out, they sent them off to manufacture.. they call me to let me know they where in, so I was a little late picking up, so out of courtesy, I called to let them know.I was running a little late due to traffic.The lady who answered the phone said as long as you're here by five o'clock.So when I pulled up 5:02, she was packing her stuff.she wasn't even gonna wait for me.Hearing aids didn't even have batteries in them.They didn't even have the size piece on them, they would not even wait 2 min,they were very unprofessional, I will not be referring anybody here.
