I'm picky, my Dad was a dentist, my uncle was a dentist, and I had a hygienist, Aunt Who do you want lived in Iowa So she was not my provider. Anyways I have a solid history with relatives in the dental field plus my own career for 30 years as an office manager and other positions. So, I know dentists… And Dr Ferraro and staff are wonderful! I can tell they like their jobs and they like where they're doing their jobs. And that is important to me. All were thorough with exams and X rays. I've received a treatment plan and I got to see photos of my teeth and everything was printed out and ready to go at the end of my appointment. Nicole at the front desk was so friendly and understanding, not to mention extremely helpful! I’d been quoted SOOO MUCH for up front cost WITH my dental insurance from another dentist I was going too and when I called them, they told me different info on my insurance which was better & my up front cost allowed me to come in and get the problem handled and the pain has been bearable so far. I have another visit scheduled and will be switching to them from this going forward. More than anything with how the hygienist and the dentist treated me as well with all my anxiety from bad experiences from other dentist! Very grateful!

My wife and I went to Renfro Family today for the first time. Our previous dentist retired and we haven't been happy with his replacement, so we went on the hunt for new recommendations and chose this office because of their fantastic Google reviews. This was the most thorough and transparent experience I've ever had at a dentist. From the admin team to the hygiene team to Dr Ferrarro himself, every experience was professional, kind, and made us feel comfortable and well-cared for.
