A Very pleasant staff! Everyone was super friendly! It didn’t feel like “pulling teeth” to get something done!! : ) Lori was exceptional! She has a true passion for her craft. Truly, very knowledgeable, experienced and professional! She said I need a crown, I said I know, right!! : )

I’m pretty new I only been here three time and that being said ,so far its one of the best clinics i have been to in DFW it has more of the small town vibe here and not like corporate big chain Dentistry . I feel like the Dentist in fully in charge and not taking direction form a corporate office manager who just want to see numbers , I believe your care is what’s important and they seem to as well ,something i really cant say about the chain Dentistry clinics i have visited for the last 2 decade and now in done with those chains that seam to bill you a MINT and not reasonable and customary . So far the Dentist and Hygienist and some of my favorite i have seen and spoken to and they don’t rush you and they are easy to talk to . Also the equipment here is really good quality no broken X-ray

My first visit to Ballard Family Dentistry was fantastic! As much as a visit to the dentist can be anyway. In all seriousness, our last dentist stopped taking our dental insurance, so we looked elsewhere. We kept putting it off. Finally after missing about 2 years worth of checkups we bit the bullet and checked in. From reception to the hygienist to the Dr, I was put at ease, felt comfortable and was in good hands throughout. I really am impressed and very much relieved and won't be dreading my next visit!

We are so very happy with Ballard Dentistry! The staff is exceptionally kind hearted and they truly care about our dental health. Best part, they are gentle... no jabbing and prodding during cleanings! I trust them completely for our dental care.

I am not happy with this appointment. I came in and paid 800 dollars for a deep clean last year, I came in to get my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist took a 2 second look into my mouth and insisted that I needed more deep cleaning, then proceeded to tell me that I needed to be coming every three months and this is why it was happening. I came for a cleaning and if I have an infection then by all means give me some antibiotics for that. I do not need more x-rays that cost 225 dollars. The same amount the cleaning I originally signed up for would cost.
