ACTUALLY THE WORST DENTAL PLACE EVER. I’ll cut straight to the point, they have no idea what they are doing and how to handle their business. My last visit was an absolute scam, I had been told, in my previous visit to this last one, my wisdom teeth could be taken care in office. I restated that in booking my appointment and no would disputed that. After going to my appointment they gave me a referral. SOMEONE THEY ARE IN NETWORK WITH. Just for that person to try and get me to do more x- rays and another consultation after just having one here at Alsbury dental. I did not use the referral. They were price gauging as well wanting to pay for the x-rays and consultation OUT OF POCKET. Now fast forward 6 months later they are sending me notices with my mothers information about a past due ???

I had a great experience at this office. My hygienist, Mariawas incredibly gentle and explained everything she was doing, which really helped me relax. Dr. Kim was thorough, took time to answer my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The office was clean, the staff was friendly, and I felt genuinely cared for. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits.

Dr. Kim and Brandi were fabulous. I have a unique situation, that I am allergic to novocaine - Dr. Kim used a different numbing shot that was strong enough and lasted throughout the filling repair. Brandi held my hand and reminded me to breathe. They were very kind, as I have had previous issues with painful procedures due to the alternative not actually numbing the area or not lasting and dentists that didn't know what to use.

Do not recommend them, your comfort is not their priority. Waited three weeks to get my crowns. Had an appt at 10 to have my crowns put on, arrived at 9:50, made me wait an hour past my appt. Then told me to come in immediately if a crown fell off. Crown fell off on a Sat. Went in Monday morning and they said I will have to make an appt. They have nothing available for 3 weeks. So I have to remain in pain for three more weeks.

I am a new patient and I was so pleased with the staff. First appointment I wanted to just get an exam and cleaning. Rickie did that for me and I absolutely loved her and I think she is great. She had the dentist come in and check a couple of things which he recommended and I was aware of the problems he pointed out so I trusted him right away. His name was Dr Kim and he was very nice and polite. I got another appointment right away to take care of my problems. When I returned I first met his assistant, Essence. She was so sweet and kind so I felt comfortable right away. She has a very comforting manner which I loved. Dr Kim pulled a tooth and capped two others. They made sure I felt no pain no matter how long that took. It was a pleasant experience and I think they are all very
