Walgreens Pharmacy

The cashier was so kind yesterday, she asked for my insurance, I informed her I didnt have any. She said let me get you a coupon code and went to work. She dropped my RX from $72 to $13. Im visiting family and this is the first Walgreens Pharmacy thst doesnt suck.

The pharmacist here is very rude. I was asking his opinion related to my health and getting a vaccination. He was flippant and extremely rude. All I wanted was to have a conversation with a professional. Do yourself a favor. Go over to Augusta Walmart. The pharmacist, Hannah, was kind and very knowledgeable. Not only did I receive my vaccination but I got a lot of great info from her too. Skip this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor.

This is a very good pharmacy. Ken is top notch and very helpful. They are a little short handed at time for the business they have.

Ken the pharmacist at this location is great. I have talked with him several times about the medicine that’s been prescribed to me as I’m an immediate metabolizer and have to be extra careful because of side effects. He always takes the time to explain how these drugs work and what to look for in regards to side effects. He even called another Walgreens location for me to check medication availability because they were out of stock. He also gave my son a meningitis booster he needed for school. My son had no burning or pain with the injection. He’s done an amazing job helping us manage our medical care. I highly recommend this location as they always answer the phone, hold times are minimal, pre-authorization is sent quickly to physicians and prescriptions are filled in a timely manner.

I always get my prescriptions here and I usually receive bad service. The pharmacists seem to not care about the customers and make me feel unwelcome. I had a question and Megan picked up the phone. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. I'm glad not all the pharmacists here have a bad attitude.
