The Little Clinic

I called & made my appointment ahead earlier that day, but when I got there & the lady at the front desk showed me to the little room where she checked my vitals & all good. But when the doctor comes in I tell her that my head & ear were throbbing with pressure off & on now for a few days. I also mentioned that I get bad sinus headaches 😩 & my face & ear hurt so terribly that it feels like its being squeezed in a vice. So she preceded to tell me it's just allergies & I can get nose spray OTC flo nase & I said YES I've seen it but id rather you just prescribe it in prescription because that's why I pay for my insurance to use it. No way was she even listening to me at all, because she just continues to say the exact same thing over & over 😒 refusing to help or even listen while I'm in pain.

I had a very disappointing experience with Amy Hankins. My son tested positive for the flu and I had a fever, yet she declined to prescribe Tamiflu or discuss alternative options in any meaningful way. Every time I've gone in to see her, she attributes everything to allergies. I felt rushed during the appointment, she left the room while I was still asking questions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend scheduling with her.

What a joke. The first question I was asked was "What do you think it is?" and then was told to go see my primary care physician. If I had the ability to go see them today - I would have! If I knew what it was- I wouldn't be here! I was charged 99$ before being seen. Then was given multiple possibilities and meds for multiple things. More culture of "just throw meds at it" - I barely take ibuprofen let alone antibiotics! Super unimpressed and disappointed in the appointment.

The staff and doctor at Andover were all positively wonderful! Some of the nicest health care providers I have seen. Highly recommended!

I will not return to the Andover location. I was treated like I was an inconvenience for coming in. I could go on about the terrible experience I had here! Waste of time, money and effort to get seen for an infection.
