Vitality Massage & Pain Relief

I started going to Michael about 2 years ago for shoulder, hip, and neck pain. Being a weekend warrior and desk jockey was getting the best of me and my body. Michael was attentive to the areas that needed help the most, working out knots and tight muscles. He listens to what you need. Mike is always proactive with telling you what stretches you can do to help yourself at home as well. I always leave feeling relaxed and ready to take on my next adventure. I will continue seeing Michael for many years to come!

After a freak accident impacting my ankles and calf, I was non weight barring for 4 1/2 months, Although I had regular physical therapy it wasn’t cutting it. I would not be where I am today if I hadn’t met Michael. A true professional with excellent bed side manners who is amazing at his profession. Michael knew that my injury effected more than just the injured area itself and focused on overall pain relief! Michael has been my massage therapist for over 3 years. He listens to what you tell him your problem areas are and works to fix the issue(s). His deep tissue and myofascial release work have improved my posture tremendously. When Michael first started working on me I was suffering from tension headaches at least 5 days every month. I've been going to Mike for more than a year. No matter how sore I feel going in, I feel awesome on the way out! Mike is great at delivering focused, deep tissue massage for any trouble-spots I have, as well as all-around relaxing massage. If I want more or less pressure in an area, he gets that, and quickly and easily accomodates. I wouldn't go to anyone else!
