Mark saved my life! I had a slipped disc that limited my ability to work or be active. I skateboarded for about 24 years and once I was in my 30s my back was really shot limiting my ability to work, be active or even be comfortable on a regular basis. With Marks expert advice of massage work, stretching(yoga in my case), inversion therapy and amazingly precise adjustments I was able to start being active again. One day while exercising I twisted my back and heard a strange squishing sound and felt a little pop, not painful just different, and boom!
