Bayville Pharmacy

Would not recommend. I was contacted by my regular pharmacy that unfortunately they would not be able to fill one of my RX's due to cost. I called over to Bayville Pharmacy and was put on hold to speak with the pharmacist. He was the most rude, judgmental, opinionated, unprofessional awful person I believe I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with. After going on with his own personal rant of transferring patients RX's he then had the nerve to ask me to transfer all my RX's to them. I called back my pharmacist (who I adore) and advised them not to transmit any of my information and that I will take my chances with mail in.

Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful.They have a caring for customers that you will never find at CVS or other RX chains. Your rx is filled quickly while you wait. Regardless of where live, I recommend transferring your prescriptions here. Their service is worth a few extra minutes on the road.

I was slightly apprehensive about switching pharmacies but after dealing with problem after problem with Walgreens, I decided to try Bayville Pharmacy. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and helpful. They actually appreciate your business and care about YOU. I will never again go back to a chain like Walgreens where you’re treated like just another number. Do yourself a favor and switch to this pharmacy, because in this case the grass is greener on the other side. My family will be loyal customers from now on. The Bayville Pharmacy is the place to go if you want to be treated with respect and compassion and total understanding for what ever your needs may be. The owners are so very nice it’s like you’re one of the family everybody that works there are so personable then there’s Russ the pharmacist he knows more about all the medications and what they do and how they help you then any of these other Pharmacies around and he is also a friend and the same goes for all the other great people that work there in conclusion I would highly recommend Bayville Pharmacy to anyone That wants the best possible service you could get. Firstly, let me say i will miss Russ, Meg, and Agatha dearly. They are all rockstars at their job..my family has followed russ and company since the quick check days. The issue is with the owner Jesse. I was lied to about filling my moderatley disabled mothers pain medication. The entire pharmacy staff was told to lie and say it was out of stock. Well, i took it to a different pharmacy and it was filled with no issues. She screamed at me via phone and implied that my mother was an addict. I will be weighing out legal options as 2 other customers also told me they had problems filling controlled meds there too. I dont know if something happened with her or license personally. However, yelling at your customers and creating a story to not fill their meds is super unprofessional and to be sp
