ShopRite Pharmacy of Bayville

Recently went to the Bayville pharmacy and was not pleased at all. We picked up my son’s vitamins the front box had his name and all. We noticed a couple days later that the bottle itself had a child’s different name address pediatrician and everything. It shouldn’t be my job to look at both bottles and make sure the name are the same. When I went to make a complaint with the pharmacist they made it seem like it was no big deal and the previous parent did not pick up the medicine for the child. They also stated that one pharmacist puts labels on both and another doesn’t. That’s a poor excuse to me, you should be double checking everything before giving product to the customer. The female pharmacists aren’t always the most pleasant people in the world but the cashiers make up for it. The young male cashier with brown/dirty blonde hair is completely incapable of doing his job tho. He should be fired.

Theresa the pharmacist took time to talk to me on phone about my mother’s medication, she was very polite and answered all my questions. Someone shows they care is very nice quality thank you Theresa!!😊
