Tallwoods Care Center

My sister-in-law and I toured the facility today, and what a wonderful experience it truly was. We walked in without an appointment and were accommodated within minutes of arriving, we were met by the Director of admissions Savannah, we were asked a few questions about our loved one that we were touring the facility for, and then shown around their wonderful facility. We were so honestly in awe of first how helpful the staff were, and then how clean, bright, and open the facility is. Mind you we have seen a few different facilities before coming to Tallwoods Care Center, so actually walking into this facility and after touring it, we knew right away that this was the place we wanted our loved one to be. The receptionist is always very helpful with any requests I have for my sister-in-law and handles them very quickly. Also Savannah and Alexis have been very helpful in helping get my sister-in-law set up as a full time resident in the memory care unit. If I need to make any changes they are always very courteous and helpful to do them for me at a moment notice .

Just joined our 2nd holiday party at Tallwoods. They do an exceptional job making everyone family. To the staff from the kitchen, aides, housekeeping, nurses, director thank you for everything you do. It never is an easy situation but everyday that goes by it never goes unnoticed the care you all give. I honestly feel like my family has grown between ALL the staff and the residents. Thank you!

We have a family member in Tallwoods. You hear of bad stories when it comes to loved ones in facilities, I just don’t see that here. The staff is quite hands on they know their clients. Cleanliness is important and it is. Thank you to staff and especially to Theresa!

Attended the holiday Party this evening, your entire staff was outstanding. The atmosphere was fabulous and the food was delicious. Loved our Santa visit. My husband and I had a wonderful evening. Bravo to all of you, you all outdid yourselves. Thank you
