I've been with pharmacies such as walgreens, cvs, Walmart Etc where the employees change quite frequently and you must go through many prompts in order to speak to a person. I've been with Genoa for quite some time now and I can never be happier. When you call, a person answers. They are never nasty or lack the information you're calling about. They are extremely kind and also accommodating with their delivery service. Call me "old school" but I'll take speaking with a person over an automated system, that may or may not work, any day because well, I am a person and can appreciate being treated like one! 😊 The kindness and smiles i receive are just an added bonus!
