Village Creek helped my family through one of the most heart wrenching experiences in our lives. My mother was admitted to the hospital on January 26th, 2026, because she was having mobility issues the sprang out of no where. This was very quick and we had no idea what could have caused it. On February 3rd, 2026 my mother was Diagnosed with Cancer. Adenocarcinoma, aggressive, and Terminal. At the age of 71, the doctors said there was nothing they could do to help, but make her comfortable. On February 9th, 2026 Village Creek admitted my mother, and helped us to ensure that the rest of her life was not painful. They helped us set up Hospice care on site, they let us Visit at all hours of the day, sometimes multiple times a day. And when the time came close, they moved my mother to a privat

My father was staying here after a major brain surgery. They treated him with dignity and respect. The food was high quality and plentiful. From the admission to discharge we were pleased with the facility. We would recommend Village Creek Rehabilitation to anyone.

My mom has been here for over a year and we absolutely love the facility as well as the nursing staff and administration. The CNA's and nurses are all amazing. They always have plenty of activities for residences And it is a beautiful facility,

I can’t say enough good things about this rehab and nursing facility. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They truly go above and beyond to ensure both comfort and well-being. The facility is clean, well kept, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. Therapy sessions are top-notch, with skilled therapists who motivate and encourage you every step of the way. The nursing staff is compassionate and truly care about their jobs. I would recommend this place to anyone that needed it.

Village Creek Rehab is a good facility to be at if you’re looking for a place to bring your loved one (or even for yourself) for therapy, and even long term care if needed. There is longevity within the nursing department and the department heads; which says a lot about the facility. It’s clean, inviting, and beautifully decorated. I have observed compassion and integrity when it comes to caring for their population.
