She does not listen. She could never remember anything I ever told her which implied she did not care. I begged her to recommend a back surgeon and give me a referral. She kept insisting that adjustments would help. My family finally found me a doctor and I had back surgery to fix my problems. Happy to report that I have been pain free for over a year since my surgery. Going to her was a waste. She did not want me to go get back surgery because she knew she would be losing the 40 dollars she got every time she saw me. So disgusting! Do not be fooled by how nice she seems, she does not care!

Went to see Dr. Grass for a frozen shoulder. She was able to work with me 1 to 2 days a week. In one month I could use my shoulder. Dr. Grass along with Mr. Hicks made a huge difference in my life. Thanks to her and her staff I am riding horses again and free of pain. Will continue to use them for my future adjustments. Thanks again to all the staff at Grass Chiropractic.

The people are nice enough but it is very overpriced. I can go to another local chiropractor and pay as if I have no insurance for less than I paid while using insurance here. In addition, even though recent x-rays were available, she was determined to send us to get the same x-rays at her chosen facility. She would ask questions and, from her responses, you realized that she didn't actually listen to the answer. My entire impression was that we were cash-cows instead of patients.
