I want to update my previous review. This is the best place I’ve received care from. They found my cancer early, and helped me connect with a sleep doctor who has really helped with my sleep disorders. Takes the time to listen to me explain. MA Brittney was very kind, and I’m doing much better now with proper treatments. Thank you.

Someone from this office called me and asked for my personal information to verify who i am! I never give personal information on the phone with anyone that calls me i dont care who they claim to be and the phone number didnt match the online number. When i told the lady on the phone she told me to be quiet and listen that i would understand! I call the office to ask for my information to be mailed to me and NO ONE asked me any question to verify who i am! Never going back there again! Its a Security risk!

Ladies at the front tried to charge me more than my copay because I had a balance with another dr at an entirely different office but affiliated with them. Told me unless I paid I couldn’t see the dr. Again not even at this clinic. Very sick and had to walk out due to not having the money. I suggest maybe telling your patients they will have to do this when you schedule them. We will never set foot in another Christus. Do not use them!!!!!

Went to optometrist and they referred me to an eye clinic for laser procedure to correct a common concern for past cataracts. My primary would’nt give me a referral (in accordance with insurance policy) without going into her office even though she’s not an optician or optometrist. Guessing she wanted her slice of the pie from my insurance. Changing primary provider. This establishment hasn’t addressed any of my concerns since I started using them.

The patient care at this office is the epitome of what is wrong with our healthcare system. The staff’s lack of concern for their patients is frightening. At one point, I was happy with their quality of care; however, it has quickly went down hill. I hope for the sake of other patients that changes are made to remedy the deterioration of care that has occurred at this facility.
