First Response Urgent Care-Lumberton

We love this urgent care! Each time we visit, the office is very clean and we always have minimal wait time. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nguyen did an awesome job explaining everything and was very thorough.

I’ve never had to wait. Always positive attitudes. I prefer coming here instead my doctor, which is difficult to get in to see him.

Paid $150 for an office visit with insurance, prescribed antibiotics that didn’t work for his ear infection and I drove down here to ask them to please look in his ears again and prescribe a different antibiotic and they would not even look in his ear without another $150 charge. Very obvious they only care about money and not a child they just treated. So just know if you get the wrong antibiotic they will not call you in a different one without paying ANOTHER office visit fee. I’ve been bringing all 3 of my kids here for YEARS but never again. (PS I couldn’t give zero stars but if I could then I would have).

Staff was extremely professional. Very reasonably priced for an urgent care and dr or PA very helpful and professional! Highly recommend

I took my grandson here for an ear infection, they prescribed him an antibiotic that did not work his ear was still draining fluid and they wouldn't change his antibiotic or even look in his ear when we brought him back without paying another $150 for an office visit that we already paid for his original visit. Horrible customer service and clearly care more about money than the patient.
