Vibrant Care, a DosePacker Pharmacy

As a prescriber, it's extremely frustrating to work with a pharmacy that does not answer their phone. To make matters worse, their voicemail box is full, so I cannot leave messages with them. This is not a safe way to operate a pharmacy. I hope they are able to remedy this, as I do appreciate the fact that they offer home delivery for clients.

Vibrant Care Pharmacy is the BEST! The staff at the Vibrant Care Pharmacy are very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. Cannot say enough great things about this place. Samson is so kind and nice!

My dad uses this service and I feel like with prescription drugs you need to be really organized and my concern is that vibrant care does not keep accurate patient notes. I also understand that this may be part of a larger problem with our medical system. Update Sampson has not followed through with updating meds on file and sharing with family after he said he would

They tried to convince my uncle that he had to leave the Pharmacy he’s been going to for 20 years. And that he had to go get his prescriptions from here instead. I called the pharmacy he has been going to for all these years. And i discused it with them. I was told they do this quite often. It’s not the first time they’ve had people call about this issue. They try to persuade people into thinking they have to leave their Pharmacy and go to them instead. And they try to force it on you and make you believe you don’t have a choice. It blew my mind when my uncle told me what was going on.
