I had a fantastic first session at Stepping Into Wellness with Jamie. I've been dealing with some physical issues for years (tight shoulder, tight glute / lower back) and tried so many things - massage, multiple physical therapists, NKT, acupuncture, etc...Jamie immediately noted and focused in on aspects of my alignment that no one else had mentioned, and her approach to treatment felt both holistic and science-based. I feel like I finally have a trusted thought partner and practitioner in my corner, and am looking forward to continuing the journey.

Jamie works magic on my body.. Her fingers and her tools/instruments get the deepest/hidden issues allowing circulation to flow which then allows my body to move with less pain and more ease overall. I've been seeing Jamie for well over 10 years (referral from a dear friend) and I knew after my 1st visit that I'd be returning to see her any time my body locks up on me.
