I feel blessed working with Sarah on lymphatic drainage and scars treatment after my double mastectomy in 2020. For a year I've suffered from extreme tightness in my chest and armpits. I felt it 24/7 and no amount of Physical Therapy and followed up exercises relieve me from that pain. My range of motion was also affected despite all my efforts. Then I found Sarah! With her out of box approach and advanced techniques, she was able to minimize the tightness and finally to remove it. I no longer feel it which is truly a miracle as I've lost my hope. My range of motion improved with it. Sarah is my go-to person if I feel an ache in any part of my body. She incorporates different modalities and while the session could be less than relaxing, deep relaxation and lasting improvements follow.

I just saw Sarah recently after a knee injury. She was very knowledgeable about how this is putting strain on my hips and heels. Sarah was able to "release" the tightness in both areas and my knee felt so much better afterwards! She knows so much about the body and I highly recommend her if you are dealing with aches and pain.

She took great care into making sure my experience and my results were top notch. She has hands of magic while rubbing out my soar muscles while educating me how to drain my lymphatic system. Sarah is a wonderful healer and massage therapist. She is holistic in her approach, warm and very pleasant to work with. She is integrative in her approach with some Chinese massage therapy modalities if needed, and others I have recommended came back to me with glowing reviews.
