I trust her completely and felt so relaxed during the entire procedure and appointment. The results are perfection, my eyebrows have never looked so beautiful! She makes you a gift bag with instructions and ointment and cleanser which she makes herself. She is also honest, professional and caring just a good person all around. Kat is the best! She is a perfectionist, and really takes the time to make sure your brows look great. She even gave me an extra touch up session to make sure my brows were exactly what I wanted.
