I have been to a variety of chiropractors over the years, but working with Dr Kara has been a completely different experience. She is so caring, intuitive and helpful--giving me useful exercises I can do on my own to reinforce the work she does. I believe that she truly understands what I need for healing and how best to help me get there. I am *very* glad to be able to work with her!

I had been struggling with sciatica for many months and despite all of my efforts with stretching, walking and exercises, could not get rid of it. At the recommendation from a good friend and long time client of Waltz Family Chiropractic, I decided to go see Kara. I had not had good experiences with chiropractors in the past, so I went cautiously with low expectations. In her very gentle manner, she not only helped relieve some pain, but showed me helpful exercises to do at home. It took a few more visits and several more months but I finally got rid of my sciatic pain. I would highly recommend Waltz Family Chiropractic to anyone, even to those who are dubious of chiropractors. She is extremely knowledgeable, asks good questions and listens carefully.

Kara Waltz has been my chiropractor for almost two years now. She provided great care to me while I was pregnant and I have continued to see her postpartum. Audrey is also a wonderful chiropractor. Very kind and really listens. I enjoy going to the office every time.
