I can’t say enough amazing things about Jewel at Vestal Veterinary Hospital. From the moment we walked in, she was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. You can truly tell she cares deeply about the animals she works with, and that kind of compassion makes all the difference. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure my dog felt safe and comfortable the entire visit. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, knowledge, and genuine warmth the way she does. I left feeling confident, reassured, and grateful knowing my pet was in such capable hands. The staff is just great. Thank you Jewel, and Vestal Vets for going above and beyond!

Vestal Vets are wonderful. Very supportive and kind to both my red-tail boa Terentia and myself. They take their time to listen respectfully in regards to the caretakers observations, insight and concerns, are kind and gentle with both the patient and the parent and are very knowledgeable. They fully discuss options both for testing and possible treatment, working as a holistic whole for the care of your loved one. I am incredibly grateful for them and I highly recommend!!

It was our first visit to VVH with a pet mouse, and the entire experience was positive. All of the people we met were friendly, caring, and personable. And our Vet was one of the best we've ever been to. Everyone made it a point to include my daughter in the discussion (it's her mouse) and I couldn't have been happier with their level of consideration, especially since the visit was a difficult one (discussing end-of-life topics). When we left my daughter asked if we could start taking our other pets to VVH. :)

We absolutely love Vestal Veterinary Hospital. The staff and Doctors always go above and beyond for our fur babies. Making sure they have the absolute best care and love possible. Not only do they treat them as family but us as well. They are thorough with all exams, all checkups, all questions, all answers, all medications, all inputs, and most of all the dedication with making our babies and us feel comfortable and loved every step of the way. If there is something they recommend for them that were not comfortable doing at that time. They never push us or judge us for opting to not do it at that time. Sooo, I’m getting pretty sick and tired of the staff here pounding it down my throat that I need to continue to give my dogs vaccines that are really not required, nor is it good to continue to pump our dogs full of god knows what. It’s my choice as a pet owner if my dogs continue to get boosters well into their senior years. I have yet to have a dog die early on me due to lack of boosters. I also am not happy with your receptionist, she did the same thing today in addition to this rude message. Couldn’t we just say “this is vestal vet checking in we see maverick missed his appointment we hope everything is ok and youre able to reschedule soon so he doesn’t have to get all his shots again” making customers feel bad or trying to make us feel bad because it’s our choice to not pump our dogs
