Booted my husband out because he wasn't paying enough considering he is on SSDI. He received letter today saying he wasn't paying for services from Tashin Choudhury. Have paid every time he is gone. They're going to refer him to upstate but have not heard a word. That means my husband's going to go blind. All about the money. I understand bills need to be paid and he was paying.. Also place will talk about your financial issues amongst their staff, where it wasn't anybody else's business. UNPROFESSIONAL

Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr Seth answered my questions and made me feel relaxed. He made laugh a couple times. Something I like most about him. It's good to have a nice sense of humor.

My mother had several test on February 9 and dealt with several of your staff. Each one was very pleasant patient you have some awesome employees. We felt very comfortable they answered our questions we ask without hesitation. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions as well made us feel very comfortable asking question to all our concerns. You have a wonderful team at this office thank you for your great services. The receptionist at the desk are also very pleasant and helpful thank you for all for your kindness.

Like always, all members of the staff were kind and helpful to me. They were efficient in reviewing my records, medications, and medical history..They quickly did the scans of my eyes, numbing drops, vision test, dilation drops. They cycle from one patient to another, completing all of the steps of the process. Then my doctor very kindly and efficiently prepared me for and administered my injection. He told me how many weeks until my next appointment and sent me on my way.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that started from our referral to RVS. Start to finish beginning with Stacey at check in/out, everyone that assisted in his (Brian W.) care to include the ALL the assistants that took scans, administered dye, roomed us, & assisted Dr. Seth in the room. THANK YOU TO YOU ALL!!! Dr. Seth is WONDERFUL!!!! He took his time with us and explained his findings & needed treatments & answered our questions. Dr. Seth has a great demeanor & bedside manner. Every staff member that helped us with a scary situation made us feel more at ease and comfortable about the care we were getting. So glad we were referred to you for his care, and THANK YOU again to everyone at RVS!!!!!
