Abby was the technician who cleaned my teeth and evaluated my gums. She was outstanding! Very sweet, patient and kind, and very knowledgeable of her field. I am a new patient at Lalor dental, and everyone has been so helpful and quick with their skills! I never had so much thorough work and treatment for a cleaning, and with 3 new procedures that I never was offered at my past dentists, the appointment was still quickly done within 30 to 40 minutes. Doctor Lee was absolutely the best. He was obviously very knowledgeable and professional. He explained, in detail what needed to be done and how it would be done. He was also a great guy, which never hurts. I'm sure I will be able to add more as my work progresses. The assistant, I'm sorry her name and job title escapes me, was super nice and very professional , as well. I am very impressed with this office and staff as I was with the Binghamton office I now have finished the first part of a cleaning out and a prep for an implant. I did have a very bad infection in a back lower tooth and Thank God I had Doctor Joe Lee to do the work. He , along with his very able assistant, April, did a wonderful job all around can NOT say enough about this Doctor, staff and Lalor in general. This doctor

I genuinely love Lalor Dental. I appreciate the dentist, and have always been a pro-dentist person, but my favor of dentists increases every time I step into their office. It’s clean, the staff are so kind, and I genuinely can’t imagine a better dental practice. It’s always a good time. Samantha specifically is so great. She’s detailed, without stabbing the life out of my gums. It’s actually a comfortable experience. I’m so grateful for Lalor ❤️❤️

Hello, I had my initial visit at Lalor Dental for a cleaning. I had an amazing dental hygienist. She was very thorough when explaining procedures. The XRAYS were read by an authentic DOCTOR; then the team offered me options for the upper and lower molars. This office was OUT OF NETWORK for my coverage yet they were willing to work with me on the payment that I incurred. The whole experience defines exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU.

Excellent place! The hygienists are great with my daughter, they made her feel comfortable and took it a little slower with her to build some trust and let her talk. They are great with coordinating for my family to have appointments all at the same time and asking me questions for the kids add-ons that would cost extra.
