Vein Care Center Of Rochester

After being a patient for the past 10 years, I will not be going back. Ever sine Dena and Sandra left, the quality of care has gone down hill. Dr. Lydon performed my last scope and surgery. There were more people in the operating room doing his job for him, than he actually did. During the scope which barley took 5 minutes, he was more concerned that he didn't have his car running with the A/C on. When it came to the vein surgery, I had more bleed outs than I ever had, and more pain in my legs than I ever had. Hopefully something can change for the good there, but I will be finding someplace else.

Ive had sclerotherapy nearly ten times in my life. It was uncomfortable but never painful. After Dena and Sandra palmer left I had to see a Dr Diaz b/c he's apparently all they have now. Do not see this man. He was in a huge rush, injected way too much solution for my tiny veins, missed the veins entirely, caused me immediate pain and now scaring in my flesh bc he didn't take the time to find the vein. I questioned his needle size and he made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I should have walked out. the damage he did was worse than what was there to begin with.

I was sent to Dr Ryan Lydon (vascular surgeon) by my Primary to see where a thrombus to my eye may have originated. At my appt on 4/14/21 the Dr was unavailable so I saw the Nurse Practioner who ordered a CT/angiogram and an echo cardiogram. After receiving the CT/ angiogram results in my portal, I called the Dr’s office asking for a review of the results so I could understand my situation. The NP acted as a go between and told me what the Dr said. She said I might not need the appt after all that was scheduled in 3 weeks but I did not respond to that suggestion. Instead I allowed myself to mull over the test explanation and found I still had some questions. As the appt drew near I checked my portal for the appt time. The appt no longer appeared there.
