Valley Dentists of Belchertown: Dr. Mark D. Medaugh

My experience here has been great. During the holidays, I called for an emergency visit, and they quickly accommodated me, even though I wasn't an established patient. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything, including my care plan, reassuring me throughout. Dr. M is easy to talk to, and his confidence made me feel comfortable having overdue dental work done.

After years of neglect I decided to give my choppers some needed attention. I went to Valley as a new patient after a friend stopped in and learned they were accepting new patients. Everyone there was very pleasant and I was very comfortable every step of the way. Having made a few visits in a short time I learned they are through, flexible, gentle and fast. Absolutely no issues at all and everyone was professional and pretty easy going. If your own family is getting on your nerves go visit the fam at Valley and treat your teeth to a refreshing dental experience you'll be happy you did.😁😁

Cynthia and the whole team will treat you like family and make sure you’re taken care of on a personal basis. I travel often and only go once a year (if that) but it’s comforting to know that the attentive, professional service is always there. They’ve been my dentist for years and I will continue to go to them even if it’s just for the banter. See you next year.

I have to take a moment to talk about the best dential office I've ever been too. From the front desk to the dentist chair, two thumbs up for the whole visit, and a big thank you to everyone who works there. I had been drifting from one dentist to another for years, and had never had a positive experience. But the longer I took to find the right "fit" the worse my smile became. Over the past year Dr M was able to fix my smile so I'm not embarrassed to laugh anymore, and I have so much more confidence in all the inevitable video meetings we are now a part of in the 2020s. It's a cliche, but Valley Dentists of Belchertown has really given me a new lease on life.

Dr. Medaugh and Raven are excellent clinicians. Dr. Medaugh is a wealth of knowledge and is very enthusiastic about history of dentistry in the US. He is experienced. Raven is friendly, detail oriented and efficient in her work. She has done a great job with making sure my teeth are monitored closely for any developing problems by doing a complete assessment every visit. I appreciate the practice and their reminder service that makes sure I don't miss any upcoming appointments.
