I would like to say that I have never been treated with such compassion in my life dr. Follett treated me with the utmost respect she really cared about me and my Baby if your in need of a astronomical Vet this is the place from customer service to my Vet and if I get another Fur Baby my Vet will be Dr.Follett at Mill Valley I thank everyone at Mill Valley Vet So Much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE this vet clinic so much. The technicians are professional, caring, and quick to response. And I already picked my puppy’s primary doctor - Dr.Schmidt. I am a huge fan of her! As a first pet owner, I often time freaked out by tiny events and had hundreds of questions. She’s always friendly to my pup and answered my questions kindly. When she took care of my pup, she examined him in details which I appreciated and trusted her. I’m so lucky my pup found the best vet right away and grateful that he is not afraid to be there because of all the positive environments the doctor and technicians have been provided to him. I highly recommend this vet!

We chose Mill Valley Vet after hearing so many positive reviews from friends and neighbors. They weren’t wrong! The staff are so nice and truly love what they do. We are always able to get an appointment last minute if needed and their online pharmacy system is super convenient. Happy to have a great vet in town for our boys!

My first visit with my two cats! Dr. Follett was just wonderful! Kind,caring a true Vet. Staff was wonderful. Friendly and engaging. Would definitely recommend for your pets care.

I cant recommend this place enough! We had terrible experiences at another Vet in Belchertown. Our puppy was terrified there and was maxed out on medication for every appointment. We switched here and he now has drug free appointments. The Mill Valley vet techs even use words like "angel" to describe him when I grab him at the end (wich we found unbelievable based on the feedback from our previous vets). Being able to trust who takes your puppy but also feel the difference in your dog when you walk in is a beautiful thing. I recomend this place for all animals but especially the ones who need a little more love and patience. They truly are dog whisperers here. Our dog has grown very close to Colleen. She's not afraid to put him in his place/be stern and was patient enough to grow a stron
