I hadn't been to the dentist in close to 15 years due to some bad experiences in the past. I knew I had to go back to atleast get a cleaning. Dr. Hoang did a fantastic job. She was so kind and she was so thorough. I couldn't believe how much better my teeth looked after she was done!

Dr. Ting and Kristen made my first-time dental appointment with Belchertown Family Dental an incredible experience. The time, care, and information given to me, was exceptionally comprehensive and took a whole body system approach to oral wellness.

Everything about this office is top notch - from customer service to cleanliness to kindness, to being cared for thoroughly and treated like you're the only patient. The hygenents and dentists truly make time and really deep dive on your teeth and don't rush you, let you ask questions, make you feel comfortable and relaxed for procedures. A shout out to Destiny who has now become part of our family. My daughter, now 17, loved going to her, started her visits young, got her comfortable and it was a treat getting to go see Destiny! Dr Ting and Dr Wong are just as kind and thorough. Did I mention the cleanliness? Very clean!! Just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH. My family loves you guys.

Dr Lee and staff were extremely helpful. They worked with kindness amd sensitivity. Always asked how I was feeling, stopped when I needed them too. Thank you for making a crown replacement a comfortable experience.

I recently switched to this practice for my dental care. I have never had such a good experience at the dentist! Ever. And I hate going to the dentist like so many others. Kristen was incredible and made me feel comfortable and listened to everything I had to say and I felt heard. Dr Theresa was kind and so caring! She checked in with me through the treatment. It was a really really good experience. And she was funny too. I listened to James Taylor (my choice of music) throughout my visit, which was very calming. The cleanliness of the office and the all-around energy was wonderful. Front office staff helpful and friendly. I definitely won’t dread going back for any dental care that I might need. We scored big by finding this dental practice. So pleased. 💗
