Pediatric & Adolescent Med

Wonderful group with great providers. My children see Dr. Nielan for their annual exams, but have seen many other providers for sick visits. I have never had a bad experience. Never rushed, always thorough.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who is transferring over from a different state/ outside clinic. I initially called requesting a specific provider and the front desk staff assured me this provider was accepting. When I called to follow up a month later they stated they assigned me to a different provider and I asked them to switch me over to the one I requested, just to find out who I initially requested isn’t accepting new patients, it was discouraging going through this whole lengthy process to transfer over. I then ask to see another provider, just to be told the provider has to review the entire chart of each individual child and can take up to another 2 weeks. I called in Sept requesting to enroll as new patients, it is now mid November. They take several weeks “to review

The Pediatricians are very nice and professional. Always helping and clarifying our doubts and answering our questions that all of us parents have. Its very clean. They follow up .

Unfortunately, this was the worst pediatric care experience I have ever experienced. My children have been patients for almost three years, and I would not recommend this practice or the location in Wilbraham to any families. Multiple times I was treated disrespectfully by the scheduling and front desk team. I was also only able to get my children in for a sick appointment after be patients for well over a year. I was just told to take them to an instacare because they couldn't see them in their offices. I was given inaccurate medical advice, that I have now had to deal with longer lasting effects for one of my children now that we have moved and are being seen by a different pediatric group. I feel lucky to have found this office for my child. The entire practice is ran with integrity, every person we’ve interacted has always been polite and helpful. We love Rachel McKenna! She makes us feel so seen and heard regarding our child’s care. She truly cares about her patients and it shows.
