The care, kindness, and professionalism shown by the staff at this facility are first rate. I highly recommend Urgent Care of Oconee - Madison.

This place was amazing. I almost refuse to go into a hospital these days. The doctor here was interested in being a doctor, instead of a social lite🤣🤣 there was no, "Hey meet my ten best specialist friends, and see how high this bill will be". Instead it was pure attention and treatment for my injury, which healed up very nicely. Went in with low expectations, left very satisfied, everyone working was extremely helpful, professional, and very nice.

I had a bd accident and went to Oconee Urgent Care here in Madison. The care I received went above and beyond my expectations. Dr John level of care and his bed side manner was off the charts. As busy as they were I still felt like I received complete care. Yes it took a while but that’s to be expected during these unforeseen times. I can’t thank the girls and Dr John enough for taking such amazing care of me.

They were quite busy so wait time was 1.5 hrs. Otherwise the 3 staff members I had contact with were wonderful from the front desk girl to the nurse who took vitals and Natalie the PA. Extremely competent, kind and helpful. We’re lucky to have them and they will be my “go to” in the future! Thank you so much🎄

I called and asked how long they would remain open. I was told as long as we were at the door at 5:30, we would be let in. Rushed to get there and showed up at 5:30 on the dot, and did not let us in. Now traveling 30 minutes back home without treatment.
