My first visit to this practice, and I was impressed! They go above and beyond! My appointment was canceled due to a snow storm. And they worked with me to find a time that fit my schedule to get me in. Tory, the hygienist, was so gentle and reassuring while cleaning my teeth. She let me know everything she was doing (which calmed my nerves tremendously). And then Dr. Pagett was so friendly, and made me feel like he was so happy I had chosen their practice. He took his time and chatted…he never appeared rushed at any time. I’ve been to other practices where I felt like I was just a number, but not here….you feel like family. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Breathing a sign of relief during our second appointment. After a bad experience at "pediatric" dentist in Athens, my kid had a really tough time with dentists. Dr Whetzel is so patient and gentle and I am so grateful for him and his fantastic team for helping set my kid up for a lifetime of healthy smiles.

As someone who has always hated going to the dentist, my opinion has been totally flipped. And it’s even more telling when I share this after I did not go in for just a routine cleaning. But my first visit to this office and Dr. Pagett revealed a dental practice you know you’ll have the best experience with a friendly and welcoming staff and a great dentist. Prior to my visit, I had already resigned to the fact that my tooth ache was going to be a major issue. What Dr Whetzel has done to my teeth is unbelievable. He’s not done yet but I just have to upload the pics of progress so far. I let my teeth go bad for so long and was terrified to go into the dentist and be judged. But Dr Whetzel never once made me feel judged and he also made me feel so comfortable in his chair. I will forever be greatful and will never possibly be able to thank him enough for helping me smile again. This man is an absolute miracle worker. He did all of this and didn’t do a single root canal.

The office itself is spotless and welcoming! Patsy is so kind and easy to speak to! The techs (Amber being one) are amazing and patient and Dr. Whetzel explains things and options so that I could understand. I’ve already recommended neighbors to them based on the wonderful experience my 7 year old has had. They’ve earned our business for life. Definitely an easy experience all the way around!
