Morgan Medical Center

This was my second stay at your rehab unit. I could not have had better care and I am most grateful. First, the chef and her staff went to great efforts to make sure alll my meals accommodated my personal tastes and food plan. The food was quite tasty. The nurses are all incredibly competent and caring. The Techs could not have been more caring. No matter how often I needed assistance to get out of bed, I never saw any sign of frustration on their part. Susan, got me to paint and play games! I REALLY appreciate the manicure and haircut. Of course, Frank Gray is wonderful! He got me moving and carried on a conversation he really helped me I wish I could remember all the others names, but I think they are all a great asset to your program. The entire staff here was excellent. I had the best nurses and patient tech resources than I have ever had during a hospital stay. I spent 2 weeks there for physical therapy after a serious illness where I lost most of my arm and leg strength. The physical therapists were great and had me walking in the first week. I can't thank them enough for helping me during this tough time. I highly recommend anyone needing physical and occupational therapy to go here. Excellent job!

I recently had to go to the emergency department at Morgan Medical Center during a scary situation, and the care I received was outstanding. The nurses, physicians, and staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring. They took the time to explain what was happening and made sure I felt comfortable and supported. I’m very thankful for the team and the compassion they showed during a stressful moment.

I have no complaints of my emergency room visit there. I was very pleased. The nurses did their job very efficiently as well as the ER doctor. I did not h as be to wait ling to be seen & I was glad I had somewhere close I could go to & get help.

I had a great experience using Morgan Medical Center for an outpatient procedure. Every staff member who called to give schedules & instructions were courteous and knowledgeable. The check-in process on my day of arrival was quick & easy. My husband was provided easy instructions to track me using a secure patient tracker board in a new comfortable waiting area. The operating spaces from pre-op, OR suite, & PACU were very clean and the staff were amazing. Everyone made me feel comfortable during my whole visit. I’m very glad I chose to utilize MMC & highly recommend to others.
