Dr. Smith is absolutely wonderful. Him and his staff are always nice and make you feel welcome. He is very knowledgeable in shoulders! Highly recommend.

Wonderful care from in the hospital before, during, after and our followup care for my Mother in law. She has Alzheimers and they worked with us and the care team to make her feel safe and well taken care of.

Since 2009 When I had a terrible accident that caused catastrophic damage to my left knee, AOC has been taking wonderful care of my orthopedic needs! They are all always so thorough, supportive, and informative. Telling me exactly what my treatment plan should be based off the current condition of my knee. I’m really appreciative and grateful for all of the staff and doctors at AOC but I’m close to Tiaya Welsh - Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner because she is simply amazing! She’s doesn’t sugar coat anything but is gentle and soft spoken and truly cares for me and her other patients. I highly recommend AOC for any and all of your orthopedic needs! Self pay. Required $500.00 deposit. Any unused part of the deposit has to be requested as a refund/credit thru their billing dept. This location does NOT have their own x-ray personnel (it is done thru the hospital but on site). Therefore, you are billed additional for the x-ray thru a third party here at the clinic. It is the only location that does the x-rays this way. None of this is explained when making the appointment. At end of appt, receptionist is unable to give a receipt or bill. You need to call billing. Front desk personnel was pleasantly unfriendly/rude, if you get my meaning. After this treatment, will not be a returning patient to this office. However, PA was excellent!!!
