The doctor was thorough, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about my concerns. I appreciated the time he took to listen and explain everything clearly. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude, dry, and impatient. When I asked a question, she responded in a way that felt dismissive and disrespectful. Additionally, her attire appeared unprofessional, which further detracted from the overall atmosphere of the office. While the quality of care from the doctor was excellent, the negative interaction at the front desk really put a damper on my overall experience.

The staff at Main Street Medical are truly exceptional, offering a welcoming and compassionate environment from the moment you walk in. Their professionalism and attentiveness make every visit a positive experience. The doctor provides outstanding care, takes the time to listen, thoroughly explains options, and offers the best treatment possible. It's clear that both the staff and doctor are committed to providing top-notch service and truly making the health and well-being of their patients a top priority.

I’m a patient of Dr. Boulware. I’m not questioning him as a Dr. because I believe he’s good at his profession. Each visit with him has been warm and he listened and made his diagnoses. What bothered me was I had an appt at 10:30 am. Got there about 15-20 min ahead of time. There were people coming in with no appt and they were put ahead of me until I was the very last one called back, leaving at 12:30 noon. I know there’s Urgent Care going on also. Appointments are made with a given time for reasons. The office staff should honor those appts. For EVERYONE not just some.

Absolutely phenomenal practice! Such a small town feel to this office. From the front desk, the nurse, and the Doc, everything is exceptional!

My husband and I began visiting Dr.Boulware in 2024; I have had two visits and very pleased with each one. Dr. Boulware is very professional, knowledgeable, and a very pleasant and kind person. His office staff is also very pleasant and kind, which, for me, is very important as well! My husband is also very happy with him. It’s a very low stress environment which we love. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a change or a new physician.
