My son had staples after an injury, and he was very scared to have them removed — we delayed longer than recommended because he just couldn’t bring himself to do it. At Urgent Care Now we were helped by Ellie, who was incredibly professional and caring. She found the right approach, did everything quickly, cleanly, and without pain. My son left with a big smile and even took the staples home as a “souvenir.” Thank you to the whole team — everyone was polite, efficient, and professional. We left with a wonderful impression and felt truly cared for. 🙏

I can't say enough about the staff here, they go above, and beyond what is expected. I was treated with kindness, and genuine concern. The doctor's bedside manor was absolutely wonderful, and made me feel very at ease. Thank you assistant manager Ashlee, this Urgent care is running beautifully under with your care.

Wrong people in wrong place. I arrived with daughter today for X-ray appointment. I scheduled appointment on line by choosing need X-ray. After system scheduling the appointment we came to place, but on front desk the person said that they have no availability of X-ray, but Dr can see my daughter and if needed give referral for X-ray to another place. After Dr came and didn’t even check the injured patient, did not even asked questions told as to comeback tomorrow for X-ray. We went to different sutter urgent care where Dr carefully checked the injured area of patient and ordered X-ray, also he gave a great recommendations and prescribed a pain medication. In one hours two different places with one horrible Dr and another place with real Dr. Also the Dr in this place had no name tags and d

Horrible horrible horrible! Twice they have misdiagnosed my child and twice that has caused her extreme harm and long term side effects. Do not go here unless you want extra ER visits and risking your child’s life. I wish I was being dramatic.

You guys should really teach these wet eared nurses to start swapping better !!! Went just a few days ago and they told me I don’t have strep throat even tho it’s pretty Obvious I have it ! There’s a pretty big difference between tonsil stones and strep throat in my opinion…
