Pro Health Therapies

In an unassuming strip mall with a tiny single entrance is pro health therapy. I did some shopping in visiting several lymphatic massage therapists post my mommy make over and this one was conveniently located to my house. The interior is warm, calming and welcoming and Monique is amazing. Each session she takes her time to evaluate my progress, has helpful advice and by the end of my session I feel like my swollen places have started to reduce. I’m glad I found this therapist.

Just had my first post-surgery lymphatic massage with Monique. She had not had availability previously so started off with someone else and had something to compare her to. She was very gentle and really paid attention to “problem” areas. This was an amazing experience, can wait to have her continue to work on my swelling.

Monique is so wonderful and is very kind. She made me feel instantly comfortable. Her business offices are very comfortable, and the atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. She has helped me so much each time I have seen her. I suffer from a lot of cervical and lumbar issues. She is also so knowledgeable about the body and muscle groups. I got not only healing touches there but lots of practical knowledge about what muscles groups affect my particular pain. It has been so helpful going to her.

Best massages I’ve ever had!!! Monique is so wonderful, from the moment you walk in there’s peace and calm energy. Everything is so clean and I feel like I can fully relax. The massage room is also stunning and immaculate. She is excellent at finding areas and muscles that need extra work, even when you can’t pinpoint them yourself! She takes extra time and care to make sure you are comfortable and get the best experience possible. I’ve had massages from south Florida to all up the east and west coast and Monique is by far the BEST!!!

Great massage at a great price. I have sciatica and have been coming here in tandem with PT over the past 2 months and it has absolutely contributed to my accelerated healing. The office is small but cozy and Monique is very professional. Every session is a little different as she focuses on what is causing issues at the time of service. She is great at finding deep tissue problems and getting underneath the top layers to release the tension. Highly recommended!
