Dr. Mittal is top notch. He takes the time to listen, asks good questions and explains things very clearly. Wonderful staff too. A minor gripe - common with medical specialists I’ve seen - he is always running behind. An appointment might be scheduled for 130p, but you won’t be seen until 245p. It’s usually worth it, but just be prepared to wait.

This is the worst experience you will ever have with a clinic. They are constantly late. First appointment I had to wait over an hour to be seen. Second appointment was at 9:20 in the morning. They open at 8 and even in that short time they were backed up 4 patients. The waiting room if awful. To check in you have to basically stand on top of other patients sitting there and to check out you have to stand IN the front office in full view of other patients forms and sensitive information.

I am extremely disappointed with this neurology office. Every single appointment I’ve had has started late — not just 10–15 minutes, but sometimes over an hour past my scheduled time. While occasional delays are understandable in medical settings, this has become a consistent pattern. Each time, there is an excuse given, but no meaningful effort to improve scheduling or respect patients’ time. Patients arrange work schedules, transportation, and childcare around these appointments, and being left waiting for extended periods is both frustrating and disrespectful. I hope the office takes patient time more seriously and improves their scheduling practices.
