Carbon Health Urgent Care Carmichael

5 stars for the provider. Addressed my concerned and provided treatment quickly. Front desk process was quick and easy and she was very friendly and welcoming. However the nurse who roomed me didn’t seem concerned about a temperature although I was coming in sick. She also had house slippers on which I thought was against OSHA guidelines. Overall would go again just in hopes to be roomed by a different nurse.

I always have a good experienc here. My last medical issue was thoroughly addressed by Sydney and she helped me.come up with a recovery plan. Will helped me with my x-rays and helped me understand the process. I appreciated everyone's attentiveness and experienced support.

First thing I want to say probably the most clean Urgent Care I've ever been in my life and have unfortunately seen waay to many, Lets talk about the staff polite courteous and friendly not to look that were also accustomed to when they look up oh no not another one. My first time going here and I give the the doctor or P.A. was awesome just so happened to me and my wife were sick at the same time so we were able to share the same appointment to save us time which was really nice. Availability, prompt, professional, front desk efficient and friendly. MA's ,radiology both friendly, fast and knowledgeable. PA was kind, attentive, and provided valuable information that helped me understand my injury. Thank you to the entire facility. Pleasantly surprised. Compared to other urgent cares I have visited.

Waiting area and patient rooms were clean. The staff were all so nice and the doctor was knowledgeable and through. I also got an appointment for 10:30 at 9:45... that's not a timetable any other health care provider seems to be able to come close to. Highly recommend!
