Mountain Manor

I had a neighbor in the skilled nursing facility. Their stay was 20 days before being deemed they were ready to go home. Mountain Manor staff were attentive and polite. The Doctor or Nurse Practitioner paid daily visits. Administrators/ Social Services were helpful in scheduling Veterans Administration appointments as well they helped set up home health services. Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists are on site Monday and Friday. They engage the patient with patience and a calm supportive demeanor. Dietician Services provide quality food based on the patients individual needs. Constant availability to chilled hydration is noted. Janitorial services were witnessed every day. My mother was there for a short-term rehab. I want to say first that being in a rehab center and not at home was very difficult for her. She accepted this is where she needed to be to get back home. From the moment we got there we were greeted with kindness, compassion, and open arms. My mother thrived with the help of the staff and fellow residents. The nurses and CNA'S where caring and attentive to my mother's needs. PT and OT had my mom moving and shaking with a smile. Culinary offered her a wide variety of food options with her diet restrictions. She had her favorite meals for sure. She participated in every activity that was offered. Mountain Manor is an excellent Skilled Nursing Facility. The nurses and CNAs are attentive and always have the best interest of the patient in mind. My wife has dementia and they were very caring to ensure her needs were met. The Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy staff are top notch.

Mountain manners, a great place to go if you need skilled care, I’ve never been in a skilled facility before, but I took a nasty fall and ended up being transported through the VA here. It has worked out really really well. These people are professional, hard-working, and caring people. They really really take care about what do and their clients here. The food is worth it. The betting is worth it today. They check on you regularly even when you have the slightest need or problem, stuff like that. They work very hard to take care of their clients so I really appreciate it. They have Just been wonderful. Taking care and making sure that all of my needs are taken care of. My mother was originally taken to Roseville Care Center, and the conditions there were so disgusting and unacceptable that I immediately brought her home and started searching for a better option. I had visited five other facilities before choosing Mountain Manor, and none of them came close to the level of care, cleanliness, and professionalism I found here.
