UR Medicine Urgent Care – Pittsford

I don't normally leave reviews for Urgent Care, but my experience was exceptional with Dr. Stern and the staff in general. She was so kind, thoughtful, and had a way of keeping the mood light while being professional. I wish she was my primary care doctor. I have a sinus infection and she took the time to help me make a plan to feel better quickly, aside from just taking antibiotics.

Its great that they offer the option to sign up for a time, however we still waited nearly 30 minutes despite show up early. Also, it seems counter productive to not have rapid viral tests available and have to wait a day for results when the medications are the most effective within the first 24 hours if symptoms.

Although I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen it was well worth it. There were sick children that came in after me and were seen first, but I still waited. There were a couple of other adult cases that came in after I checked in, but I still waited. Who am I to decide anyone else’s situation? I came in with severe back pain. I decided there was no reason to go anywhere else, I was in it and hopeful for any kind of relief. And when the doctor finally saw me, he was respectful and kind and gave me hope. It was SO worth the wait! I wish I knew his name as I am currently lying in bed pain free. Thank you SO much kind Doctor!!

Such a great place to go to I really trust the staff and Dr and nurses here I’ve had 3 very good expirences in the last 2 months First one: with Samantha stahrr, I came in with flu like symptoms she tested me for multiple illnesses and checked me out and was very attentive and good instructions and medicines 2nd one: I had accidentally sliced my hand open went in they quickly got me in with Kelsey Hagg and the nurse Devan was both very attentive and caring and Kelsey was able to fix up my cut very very good 3rd one: I had bad experience at the UR urgent care in Henrietta I went to pittsford again 2 days later with my infection on face, saw Lindsey Kernan, she was really concerned and she cleaned out my infection, examined me thouroughly to make sure my eyes wasn’t affected by it and ga

I came in today in rough shape and my PA Marygrace Fogg was phenomenal. Seriously intelligent, kind and empathetic. I am so excited to feel better and it's all thanks to her.
